Return Policy – Baby Products Store

At Baby Products Store, we are committed to providing high quality products and dedicated customer service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the product purchased at the store, please refer to the return policy below:

1. Return Conditions

Return period: You can request to exchange or return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Unused products: The product must have its original tags, packaging and be unused. The products must be in new condition, not washed, dirty or damaged.
Defective products: If the product you received is defective due to the manufacturer or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately for support to exchange the product for free.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been used, washed or damaged by the user.
Discounted products, special promotions or customized products (if any).
Products are no longer in their original condition (missing packaging, labels, etc.).

3. Return Process

Contact us: Submit a return request via email or Baby Products Store hotline within 7 days of receipt. Please provide your order information and a description of the reason for the return.
Confirmation and instructions: After receiving your request, we will confirm the condition of the product and provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.

Return the product: You will need to send the product back to us at the address we provide. Shipping costs in case of return due to Baby Products Store’s product defect will be borne by us.
Processing the request: After receiving the returned product, we will check the condition of the product and proceed to refund or exchange a new product, depending on your request.

4. Refund Policy

If you request a refund, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the product.

For defective or not as described products, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs (if applicable).
